摘要: Pyroclastic fragments, also known as pyroclasts (Schmid, 1981), are produced by many processes connected with volcanic eruptions. They particles expelled through vents without reference to the causes of eruption or origin particles. Hydroclastic fragments a variety formed from steam explosions at magma-water interfaces, and rapid chilling mechanical granulation lava that comes in contact water water-saturated sediments (Chaps. 4 9). We focus upon pyroclastic material this chapter, but much discussion applies hydroclastic deposits.
