摘要: Abstract Lubricant contamination analysis is one of the common and prospective methods machine condition monitoring. Wear debris formed in rubbing a source valuable information on wear mechanism severity, while total oil gives lubricity. Development new means reliable monitoring friction units remains challenging task for rating equipment, reducing losses idle time or failures, saving lubricants. Despite fact that direct reading (DR) ferrograph was proposed more than 20 years ago its main principle—accumulation estimation deposited particles content—underlies basis creation effective built-in devices criteria In presented paper, principle operation optical ferroanalyzer (OF) jointly developed by V.A. Belyi Metal-Polymer Research Institute Belarus National Academy Sciences Korea Science Technology presented. Optical addition to allows us estimate oil, increasing reliability tribosystem The results bench tests analyzer are described example application engine shown.
