摘要: A two-tier Internet data center management scheme, TACOMA, with thermal-aware server provisioning (TASP) in one tier, and workload distribution (TAWD) the other is proposed. TASP TAWD coordinate to maximize energy savings by leveraging dynamics, at coarse fine time scale, respectively. TACOMA aware of QoS constraints, proportionality servers, potential trade-off between cooling computing power. The obtained are a combination suspending idle using servers their peak efficiency, avoiding heat recirculation.
