Hyperfine fields and electronic structures of the Heusler alloys Co2MnX (X=Al, Ga, Si, Ge, Sn)

摘要: Hyperfine fields and electronic structures were calculated by the KKR method to investigate effects of X atom on magnetic properties Co2MnX. The obtained moments Co or Mn sites in Co2MnX are good agreement with experimental ones. Though hyperfine smaller absolute value than ones, their trend is consistent one. field essentially determined themselves, but not that sites. relationship between valence electron number atoms discussed terms density-of-state.
