Entre o reflexo e a proposição: dilemas sobre o encerramento dos fóruns deliberativos

摘要: How can we end a deliberation? What is the concrete result that deliberative forum may address to institutions and public? The theory not clear on this issue, while practice tends switch between different solutions. In principle, conclusion of deliberation should meet two criteria: faithfulness straightforwardness. Since these criteria are contradictory, practical experiences tend favour one them. Through analysis most diffused practices, paper considers four types conclusions, them point mostly fidelity (the "mirror conclusions") straightforwardness "proposal conclusions").  strengths weaknesses then evaluated.
