Recurrent Fever Syndromes in Patients After Recovery From Kawasaki Syndrome

摘要: The recurrence of fever in a child with history Kawasaki syndrome (KS) poses dilemma for clinicians who must consider the possibility recurrent KS. In this report we present cases 4 patients presented classical symptoms KS, were successfully treated intravenous immunoglobulin, and later experienced reappearance inflammatory pattern consistent syndrome. association these syndromes within same patient suggests that some may have genetic propensity toward altered immune responses autoinflammatory syndromes. We propose 2 exist family febrile disorders related to innate dysregulation.
