摘要: Abstract A thin foil microscope study has been made of precipitation the complex cubic carbide (Fe, Cr)23C6 from two Ni-Cr austenitic steels. Precipitation occurs on grain boundaries, non-coherent and coherent twin dislocations. The main type boundary precipitate forms discontinuously like all particles a parallel orientation with one grains. This is also found for which nucleate dislocations within All have interfaces {111} matrix. An analysis atomic configuration planes in matrix lattices shows that only small misfit occurs. may be considered as being partially coherent. large volume fraction suggests generation by growing smaller than process observed at intermediate stages ageing.
