摘要: Advancement in the utilisation of computers has, recent years, become a major, even dominating research and development target architecture, engineering construction industry. However, empirical investigations, no major benefits accruing from IT have been found. Why do many applications, which when separately analysed seem so well justified, fail to produce positive impacts totality project is analysed?
