摘要: In this paper a method is developed which can be used to estimate the body burden of organic hydrophobic chemicals in earthworms. contrast equilibrium partitioning theory, two routes uptake are incorporated: from interstitial water and dietary uptake. Although many uncertainties still remain, calculations show that for earthworms steady state burdens mainly determined by water. Under most circumstances, contribution small, except (log Kow > 5) soils with high matter (OM) content ≈ 20 %. those conditions, estimates calculated model, only taken into account, might result small underestimation real
