摘要: An ageing population correlates with rising needs for long-term care (LTC). Support programmes should consider the specific of various subgroups dependents and family caregivers. The objective this study was to analyse gender-specific disparities in home-care arrangements Germany, purpose, survey insurance claims data were used. A 2545 insured recipients high-level conducted 2012 Barmer GEK, a major German statutory healthcare insurance. Insurance provided follow-up, focussing on group aged 60 years older. For statistical comparison, chi-squared test t-tests used, p-value < 0.05 considered statistically significant. Most are female, they average 2 older than males.
