摘要: Background : There is growing evidence that Mohs micrographic surgery (MMS) the treatment of choice for dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP). Objective This study retrospectively compared recurrence rates DFSP after MMS with those wide surgical excision ; results at Mayo Clinic and in world literature were evaluated. In addition, preoperative tumor sizes postoperative defect to determine whether conserved more normal tissue than excision. Methods The medical records 84 patients who had been treated reviewed.
