摘要: Novel polymorphs and pharmaceutical formulations of I7-allylamino-I7-demethoxy-geldanamycin (17-AAG) suitable for suspension intravenous administration. Methods making purifying these new polymorphs, preparation the stable sterile in pre-filled syringes is disclosed.
