摘要: A new classification is proposed for cerebral aneurysms treated with any endovascular technique, example, coiling or without adjunctive devices, flow diversion, intrasaccular modifiers, combination of the above. Raymond-Roy Occlusion Classification expanded novel subgroups such as class 1 represents complete occlusion and subdivided if a branch integrated to, originated from, aneurysm sac; 2 neck filling; 3 incomplete filling in previous classification; 4 describes immediate postoperative status after extra- modification treatment. concept, "stable remodeling," included 5, which region that stays unchanged reduced, shown at least consecutive control angiographies, 6 months apart, not <1 year, remodeled appearance dilated and/or tortuous vessel continuation parent artery sac filling.
