摘要: [1] In this paper, we studied the possible relations between incoming meteors, sporadic E (Es) layers, and (or sudden) sodium atom layers (SSLs) using data from FORMOSAT-3/COSMIC constellation, a meteor radar (Wuhan, 31°N, 114°E), fluorescent lidar (Hefei, 31.8°N, 117.3°E). From statistical point of view, seasonal dependence SSL correlates well with annual variation Es is also consistent deposition except for February March. It suggests that "meteor-Es-SSL" chain could be reasonable if recombination process were taken into consideration. Detailed study on relationship electron density profiles provided by COSMIC radio occultation observations SSLs University Science Technology China via illustrates appearance accompanying (i.e., 56.3%) three times greater than in "normal" layer. indicates tides play an important role causing lower SSLs, which might able to carry upper dense electrons ions layer formed wind shear altitudes through downward phase propagations.
