摘要: Our aim was to examine two aspects of polymorphonuclear leukocyte (PMN) rheology (membrane fluidity and cytosolic Ca 2 + content), at baseline after in vitro activation, a group young adults with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) the initial stage 12 months. We enrolled 21 AMI subjects aged ≤ 45 years (mean age 41.1 ′ 3.5 years) evaluated PMN membrane fluidity, labelling intact cells fluorescent probe 1,4-(trimethylamino)-phenyl-4-phenylhexatriene content marking Fura 2-AM, activation 4-phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) N-formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine (fMLP). During did not distinguish patients from control subjects; months, when compared stage, significantly increased. In PMA fMLP caused no variation parameters subjects, while decreased increased; same behaviour pattern observed The constant functional alteration highlights role activated leukocytes as component inflammatory reaction that follows ischemia.
