摘要: Early detection of disease generally provides much-improved outcomes by a definitive medical procedure or through lifestyle modification along with specific management strategies. For serum biomarkers, which are central to the diagnosis many diseases, become truly useful sentinels pathogenesis, their sensitivity and specificity in both early recurrence monitoring must be improved. Currently, markers is based on solitary proteins, this approach not always reliable. New classes biomarkers derived from mass spectroscopy analysis low molecular weight proteome have shown improved abilities hence patient risk stratification outcome. The development modular platform technology sufficient flexibility design abstractions allowing for concurrent experimentation, test, refinement will help speed progress spectroscopy-derived proteomic pattern-based diagnostics scientific laboratory clinic. acceptance scientists, physicians, regulatory personnel, new bioinformatic tools essential system components data management, analysis, intuitive display these complex data. Clinically engineered systems further validation multiplexed that tremendous promise disease.
