摘要: PURPOSE Restoration of root-treated teeth is routinely performed in clinical practice with a choice therapeutic options, considering many factors to provide optimal mechanical properties, esthetics, and longevity. The aim the present work was preliminary report on use fiber posts direct resin composites for restoring teeth. MATERIALS AND METHODS Thirty-eight anterior 62 posterior endodontically treated were selected from 3 private prosthodontic offices. protocol used included endodontic treatment, translucent (DT post) bonded post-space using '1-bottle' adhesive (One-Step, Bisco) dual-cure cement (DuoLink, Bisco). Direct restorations micro-hybrid composite (Gradia Direct, GC) layering technique. Both opaque dentin enamel shades used. RESULTS Patients recalled after 6, 12, 24, 30 months, assessed according predetermined radiographic criteria. These clinician-mediated evaluation methods confirmed good performance restorations. CONCLUSION treatment option, that short term conserves remaining tooth structure results patient compliance.
