摘要: Members of the beta 2 integrin family are dominating integrins expressed on leukocytes, and they play a major role in leukocyte cell-cell cell-matrix adhesions during inflammation other immune responses. Beta signaling receptors, but also targets functionally affected by intracellular signals. Accordingly, researchers usually discuss two types (and general): transmission signals into cell following binding ligands or counter-receptors to (outside-in signaling), regulation avidity conformation generated receptors within (inside-out signaling). In this review, our aim is summarize what known about capacity generate outside-in particular polymorphonuclear neutrophils. Results literature clearly demonstrate that one earliest events activation non-receptor tyrosine kinases, which turn triggers downstream various pathways affect different functional responses cell. We molecules potential importance signaling.
