摘要: This chapter deals with the dynamic analysis of various structures and soil-structural systems by direct conventional boundary element method (BEM) in both frequency time domains. When BEM is used or domain conjunction corresponding elastodynamic fundamental solution, only linear problems are considered. In this case surface analyzed structure has to be discretized. material behavior inelastic (elastoplastic, viscoplastic damaged), use made elastostatic solution requires a an interior discretization accommodate inertia volume integrals formulation. The analysed include two — three dimensional elastic solids Kirchhoff Reissner plates. soil interacting multiple foundations, underground structures, vibration isolation trenches piles earth concrete dams. input can either externally applied forces seismic waves any direction variation. Emphasis given on recent advanced techniques for accurately efficiently analyzing three-dimensional structural discussed mainly published works author his co-workers.
