摘要: The differential diagnosis of endocervical and endometrial adenocarcinomas can be improved by the demonstration carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in tissue means immunoperoxidase staining. Tissue from 131 (80%) 163 patients with adenocarcinoma but only 11 (8%) 137 was CEA-positive. commonest exceptions were mesonephroid (which CEA-negative) adenosquamous carcinomas CEA-positive). After exclusion these on simple morphological criteria, 86 107 CEA-positive, all 122 CEA-negative. remarkable difference expression CEA between suggests a novel application immunohistochemistry routine clinical practice.
