摘要: Abstract A stable zirconium (Ⅳ)-based metal organic frameworks (UIO-67) material possessing good chemical, thermal and water stability was synthesized applied as a sorbent for the dispersive solid phase extraction (DSPE) of 8 plant growth regulators (PGRs) in fruit samples. Fluorescence labeling combined with high performance liquid chromatography fluorescence detection (HPLC-FLD), used to quantify target analytes. Characterization UIO-67 performed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental parameters, such amount UIO-67, type volume eluting solvent, adsorption desorption time, were optimized. Under optimized conditions, linearity observed range 10–1000 pmol/mL R 2 >0.9989. limits quantification 0.21–0.57 ng/mL 0.81–1.91 ng/mL, respectively. intra-day inter-day precisions (based on relative standard deviation, n =3) PGR derivatives under 3.1% 5.3% respectively accuracies method PGRs from 89.3% 102.3%. developed successfully analyze residues proposed is proved be simple, environment-friendly inexpensive it feasible directly use extract targets varying conditions.
