摘要: Abstract This paper presents the core of a quality management methodology for production chain optimization, applicable from early design stages systems to start-up, as well its application in lithium-ion cell production. The entire was presented before [1]. results methodology's first step, which is based on process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), are briefly described since collected correlations input further steps. describes how these transferred into correlation matrices then propagated over by means multiple domain (MDM). resulting MDM provides parameters with direct or indirect influences final product. Furthermore, relevant selected an iterative analyses combination Pareto analysis experimental investigations. Proceeding steps quantify identified derive set point values individual processes multivariate optimization considering chain.
