摘要: OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this study was to compare the diagnostic accuracy whole-body MR imaging, skeletal scintigraphy, and 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) positron emission tomography (PET) for detection bone metastases in children.SUBJECTS AND METHODS. Thirty-nine children young adults who were 2-19 years old had Ewing's sarcoma, osteosarcoma, lymphoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, melanoma, Langerhans' cell histiocytosis underwent spin-echo FDG PET initial staging marrow metastases. number location lesions diagnosed with each imaging modality correlated biopsy clinical follow-up as standard reference.RESULTS.
