摘要: Abstract We report a case of renal leiomyosarcoma arising from the pelvis with immunohistochemical confirmation diagnosis. Treatment was extirpative surgery for both primary and metastatic lung lesions as well adjunctive radiation chemotherapy. This patient remains disease free twelve months following treatment.
