摘要: Mass spectrometry methods have the potential to measure different hormones during same analysis and improved specificity a wide analytical range compared with many immunoassay methods. Increasingly in clinical laboratories liquid chromatography-tandem mass (LC-MS/MS) assays are replacing immunoassays for routine measurement of testosterone, 17-hydroxyprogesterone, other steroid hormones. Reference LC-MS/MS steroid, thyroid, peptide being used assessment performance calibration commercial immunoassays. In this chapter, general principles tandem examples hormone described.
