摘要: Objectives/Hypothesis Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) is rapidly gaining recognition as a primary modality of management in acute dacryocystitis and lacrimal abscess. The purpose the present study to report long-term outcomes powered endoscopic DCR cases dacryocystitis. Study Design Prospective interventional case series. Methods Twenty-one DCRs were performed 21 patients presenting with dacryocystitis. All operated by single surgeon (m.j.a.) using earlier published techniques. systems intubated for 6 weeks. A minimum follow-up 1 year after stent removal was considered final analysis. Main outcome measures anatomical functional success surgical procedure.
