摘要: The objective of this study was to learn about the experience suffering in hospitalized school-aged children. methodological strategy used narrative inquiry, and Model Suffering as theoretical framework. Participants were 14 Data collection performed using semi-structured interviews, guided by following question: Tell me your story getting sick coming hospital. Results show that hospital events comprise child's suffering, represented five categories: knowing caused disease; enduring survive being ill, relaxing from free their emotions, living floating between suffering. or child is determined context support interactions surrounds them.
