摘要: We consider a transportation network with set of origins and destinations. Given budgets for the residential employment developments, enhancement, problem is one allocating resources within system, so that probability overloading links in minimized. For improved system new household distribution patterns, combined assignment model used to map land-use pattern link-loading network. Assuming actual demand each origin–destination (O–D) pair follows certain distribution, road users choose their destination route accordance user equilibrium principle based on long-run perceived travel cost. Moreover, it assumed despite short-term fluctuation, O–D-link choice proportion remains unchanged choices route, stochastic all O–D pairs are independent. Explicit formulae mean variance traffic volume link derived. Using central limit theorem, does not exceed capacity can be estimated, from which we calculate reliability index. This index represents respective capacities. The formulated as bi-level program, upper-level sub-program maximizes respect allocations enhancements, whereas lower-level subprogram cost functions. solved by genetic algorithm. A numerical example demonstrate effectiveness methodology.
