摘要: Abstract A detailed numerical analysis has been made of the nucleation dislocation loops in ordered alloys as well f.c.c. metals. The results show that superlattice dislocations becomes increasingly more difficult at low temperatures, with result deformation occurs by generation antiphase boundaries (APB) these temperatures. This difficulty respect to is even pronounced a decrease APB energy resulting from change either degree order or composition. Application above metals shows twinning can be enhanced decreasing stacking fault It further shown concepts developed present used determine kinetics associated phase transformations.
