摘要: Purpose The purpose of this study was to establish the feasibility q-space imaging (QSI) as a method assessing depth mural invasion, histologic grade, and presence lymph node metastasis in gastric carcinomas. Methods A 7.0 Tesla MR system used investigate 20 specimens containing carcinoma. QSI performed by using following parameters: 50–60 mm × 25–30 field view, 2-mm section thickness, 256 128 matrix, 10 b values 0–7163 s/mm2 range, which corresponded q 0–1026/cm, motion-probing gradients perpendicular wall. The images histopathologic findings were then compared. Results The tumor invasion wall all carcinomas (100%) established mean displacement, zero-displacement probability, kurtosis maps. parameters significantly correlated with grades (all P < 0.001). made it possible differentiate between metastatic nonmetastatic nodes P = 0.001). Conclusion Ex vivo facilitates excellent diagnostics for evaluating terms metastasis. Magn Reson Med, 2015. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
