摘要: Abstract The aim of this work is to develop the micro-extrusion process with an innovative approach linked respect for principles green chemistry. Alumina pastes are prepared in aqueous medium psyllium as a natural binder, which not derived from petrochemical industry. challenge obtain concentrated system suitable and ensures satisfactory structural mechanical properties final parts. manufacturing alumina networks achieved by using shaping consisting XYZ displacement platform homemade extrusion head. nozzle diameter equal 400 μm. rheological behavior paste studied well its capability be extruded. parts consolidated heat treatment at 1600 °C. Their microstructural characteristics have been studied. Final density 98% has obtained.
