Various physical, chemical, biological methods have been employed synthesize nanomaterials. Biological systems such bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes, yeasts, viruses, plants reported various metal oxide nanoparticles. Among these, biosynthesis nanoparticles from seems be very effective method developing rapid, clean, nontoxic, eco-friendly technology.
