摘要: There have been numerous electron microscopic reports of apparent phagocytosis collagen by fibroblasts and other cells in vivo. We developed an vitro system which, to the best our knowledge, will permit for first time study regulatory mechanisms governing digestion fibres. Cells were cultured from explants monkey periodontal ligament, subcultured, grown confluence alpha-MEM plus 15% fetal calf serum antibiotics. The confluent then together with minced rat tail tendon lacking proline, lysine, glycine up 7 days, after which they processed microscopy. Intracellular profiles could be seen that associated exogenous fibrils as early 24 hours addition collagen. Through examination serial sections culture, we demonstrated: (1) can phagocytose collagen; (2) observed intracellular is not result aggregation endogenous synthesized (3) it possible base a decision whether fibril has phagocytosed whole or part type vesicle associated; (4) cleavage into small pieces may necessary prelude its phagocytosis.
