摘要: Abstract Introduction and objective Osteosarcoma is the most frequent malignant spinal tumour in paediatric age group. Diagnosis early treatment of this pathology essential for a good prognosis. The aim study was to present results patients with lumbar osteosarcoma conduct literature review. Material methods All who were operated between 2012 2014 same centre included. Demographic radiological data (Enneking, WBB Tomita classification), as well anatomopathological (Broders classification) variables analysed. treated by surgical resection associated adjuvant therapies (chemotherapy radiotherapy); according consensus committee. average follow-up 62.53 months (47–70 months). Results A total 3 studied, two girls 9 11, L5 osteosarcoma, 15-year-old boy L4 osteosarcoma. Two cases initially an osteoblastoma, supported images. None had local recurrences or metastases during follow-up. Conclusions Due lack long series mobile spine childhood, optimal prognosis these uncertain. Block improves control disease, without demonstrating improvement overall survival. Intralesional higher rate recurrence. Oncological pathology. correct differential diagnosis (osteosarcoma vs. osteoblastoma) vital its treatment.
