摘要: OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to describe how nutrient intake and food consumption varied according education household income in men women. second aim find out what extent the goals national dietary guidelines were met different socioeconomic groups. DESIGN: A random survey using a 3 d estimated record self-administered questionnaire. SETTING: Individuals from four regions Finland spring 1992. SUBJECTS: 870 991 women aged 25-64 y. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Food group consumption, two saturated fat indices, educational level income. RESULTS: Men with higher had lower energy carbohydrates. vitamin C carotenoids increased increasing status. Otherwise, no differences intake, densities fat, macronutrient or fibre found. Higher groups consumed more cheese, vegetables, fruit berries candies less milk, butter bread. CONCLUSIONS: did not follow current better than modern recommended foods, such as vegetables berries, but traditional bread potatoes.
