摘要: A parabolic trough concentrator (PTC) with a rim angle of 84˚, length 4.2 m, and anaperture area 6.72 m2 was designed manufactured in way required relatively simple technology skill. An experimental system the PTC as core part assembled on top Teaching Building No.7 Ludong University (in Yantai, China). PLC solar tracking is employed to realize an orientation north-to-south direction. According international national standard, thermal performance measured under various weather working conditions. The results reveals that effective radiation, which considers optical influences including shading effect, cosine incident modifier end loss, deserves great attention. Peakefficiencyof72% obtained from experiment.
