摘要: It was the aim of this study to investigate possible modulating influences on gross behavior in doses artesunate in wistar rats. Thirty-six healthy adult rats were placed into nine groups comprising eight test groups and one control group. Artesunate prepared different doses, two animals administered with doses following which they were observed together for various behavioral parameters a period hour. The control group received no drug treatments, but activities after they were administered 0.4ml normal saline. All data pooled subjected to statistical analysis using One Way Anova Dunnet multiple comparison post adhuc test. Results expressed as Mean ±SEM, P values (p ≤0.05) regarded statistically significant. Behavioral excitatory effects at lower mainly grooming, rearing feeding behaviors. Sedative locomotor, sniffing, climbing scratching these later also seen lower doses drug. Meanwhile, sedative all the higher doses. concluded that may have some clearly definable central nervous system properties. Specifically, it noted dual behavioral modulating properties both rat. concluded that mechanism action alterations be closely linked with the neurotransmitter systems normally regulate nervous system.
