摘要: Isozyme patterns of 23 different enzymes were compared in normal, benign, and malignant breast tissues; MCF-7 cells; organoids normal human tissue. Benign lesions generally showed isozyme similar to those tissues. Lactate dehydrogenase 5 was significantly increased tumors; cells had only lactate (L-lactate:NAD oxidoreductase; EC 1.1.1.27). The mitochondrial form malate also this especially evident when comparing tumor apparently uninvolved tissue from the same patient. K4 pyruvate kinase major most tumors, but 41% tissues, 30% fibrocystic disease specimens, 46% fibroadenomas. A more anodal band kinase, probably a K3M or K3Kpm hybrid, predominated benign 63% primary 56% secondary tumors. All specimens predominantly creatine BB, aldolase A4, hexokinase I. Traces A3C II observed some None tumors Regan variant alkaline phosphatase. isozymes dehydrogenases appear be promising as putative markers.
