Efficient compression of femtosecond laser pulses using nonlinear organic fibers

摘要: Abstract It is shown experimentally that a 4-(N, N-dimethylamino)-3-acetamidonitrobenzene (DAN) single-crystal cored fiber has femtosecond-response, high third-order nonlinearity. In addition, it demonstrated the DAN enables us to compress effectively laser output pulse 22 fs without any amplification.
