摘要: Background Carotid intima-media thickness (IMT), indices of large artery stiffness and measures endothelium function may be used as markers early atherosclerosis in type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM). The aim the present study was to compare structure well endothelial regenerating capacity between adolescents with T1DM healthy control similar age. In addition, associations different vascular progenitor cells (EPCs), glyco-metabolic serum levels advanced glycation endproducts (AGEs), soluble receptors for AGEs (sRAGE) adiponectin were evaluated.
