National Policy on Health Care Hearing: an evaluative study from covering services and diagnostic procedures

摘要: PURPOSE: To evaluate the National Policy on Hearing Health Care (PNASA) based coverage of specialized services and diagnostic procedures in hearing health care Brazil. METHODS: This is an evaluation study focused that offer moderate- high-complexity by region Brazil as a whole. We analyzed data for period 2004-2011 collected from Unified System's Informatics Department database (DATASUS), under link "Information health" tabulated using software Tabwin. While collecting this platform, we selected "procedures purposes", way organization was "diagnoses otorhinolaryngology/audiology" moderate high complexity. estimated evolution number according to country's five geographic macroregions. RESULTS: identified increase 113% service 61% quantity throughout country. The northern had 78% procedures, higher than all other regions. However, proportionally larger were performed southeast. significant examinations otoacoustic emissions (OAE) triage, transient-evoked OAE distortion product, well reassessments loss patients older 3 years. CONCLUSION: There has been actions since PNASA implemented, but regional inequalities distribution these still persist.
