摘要: In an effort to further understand the influence of Nd on the thermoelectric properties binary compound CoSb3 and try optimize them through doping, we prepared and investigated NdxCo4-yNiySb12 compounds. The samples have been by a conventional metallurgical route. Structural analysis have been carried out X-ray diffraction. The chemical composition and micro-homogeneity been checked electron probe microanalysis. Measurements of the electrical resistivity, power, thermal conductivity Hall coefficient performed. The influence both Ni on properties of parent CoSb3 is presented discussed. Nd plays role dopant (n-type) presence Ni contributes decrease significantly resistivity.
