摘要: Previous work has shown that heavy metals may be bioleached from municipal solid waste (MSW) incinerator fly ash. The bioleaching of the ash depends on physical, chemical and biological factors. Our research objective is to establish factors exert a greater impact process, determine optimal conditions in order achieve maximum metal leaching efficiency for selected metals. Four were investigated: sucrose concentration, inoculum spore pulp density, time addition fungus Aspergillus niger. Using central composite design (CCD), 31 batch tests run under high low values these four Empirical models obtained through second-order (Taylor series approximation) regression provided conditions. Results showed concentration density more important than Al, Fe, Zn, citric acid, gluconic acid attained leached liquor was 12.3, 77.6 ppm, 51 281 mM, respectively.
