摘要: Medulloblastoma, a central nervous system tumor that predominantly affects children, always requires aggressive therapy. Nevertheless, it frequently recurs as resistant disease and is associated with high morbidity mortality. While recent efforts to subclassify medulloblastoma based on molecular features have advanced our basic understanding of pathogenesis, optimal targets increase therapeutic efficacy reduce side effects remain largely undefined. Noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs) known regulatory roles, particularly long noncoding (lncRNAs) microRNAs (miRNAs), are now participate in biology, although their functional significance remains obscure many cases. Here we review the literature ncRNAs medulloblastoma. In providing comprehensive overview ncRNA studies, highlight how different lncRNAs miRNAs oncogenic or suppressive roles These possess subgroup specificity can be exploited personalize therapy by acting theranostic targets. Several already identified appear specific stem cells, most difficult-to-treat component drives metastasis acquired resistance, thereby opportunities for relapsing, disseminating, therapy-resistant disease. Delivering tumors challenging, but this limitation gradually being overcome through use technologies such nanotechnology rational biomaterial design.
