摘要: In chronic portal-hypertensive rat models, such as portal vein constriction or cirrhosis, the blood flow that effectively perfuses hepatocytes is substantially reduced because of anatomical functional shunts. It possible therefore a feedback mechanism from liver to splanchnic bed responsible for hyperemia observed in hypertension. To investigate role mechanism, we examined chronological changes both and systemic hemodynamics rats after ligation major branch supplies about 80% circulation. Rats submitted sham surgery vein-constricted were also studied. Blood portal-systemic shunting measured by radioactive microsphere techniques. For 7 days portal-branch ligation, transient hypertension resulted an elevated resistance. However, no significant venous inflow arteriolar resistance found branch-ligated rats, whereas hyperdynamic these parameters noted. On other hand, occurred circulation during period fourth sixth day similar those rats. The lack territory suggests states unlikely be caused ischemic hepatic parenchyma.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
