摘要: HE recent emergence of the syndrome occult hydrocephalus 2~,',1~ has provoked an intensified search for etiologic and pathogenetic factors underlying this entity. From a review relevant literature it appeared to us that arachnoid villus block merited further exploration. The possibility obstruction cerebrospinal fluid pathway by blockage villi been discussed many investigators, a1,12,18-21,28 Russell, in 1949,19 stated "retardation absorption into venous blood through is at least theoretical cause hydrocephalus." Recently, Hogan Woolsey 11 reviewed 50 cases adult which included 12 attributed hemorrhage; was once again suggested possible cause, but process demonstrated. To determine whether postulated might actually be demonstrable, we took advantage opportunity examine particularly superior sagittal sinus
