摘要: The effects of the monthly variation climate and soil depth (0 - 2 cm 10 -12 cm) were evaluated on microbial enzymatic activities from two forest fragments located in Jaboticabal, state Sao Paulo, Brazil, which covering vegetation was Forest Savannah types chemical compositions different. While dehydrogenase activity did not vary significantly (p>0.05) during period October 2004 to June 2005, amylase decreased 96% celulase 91%. This reduction may be attributed litter removal consequent decrease nutrients soil. these enzymes 0 layer cm. is supposed due organic matter fertility decrease. Organic moisture contents ranged 8 9% 5 15% 6 7% 18 27% Soil temperatures oscillated 19.4
