Synthesis and Characterization of Lithium Ferrite LiFe5O8 Powder by Sol Gel Method

摘要: Lithium ferrite, LiFe5O8 powder has been prepared by sol gel method. acetate and iron nitrate are mixed together in the ethanol solution. The mixture is then slow heated to obtain precursor. precursor materials sent for characterization using Thermal Gravimetric Analyzer (TGA), X‐Ray Diffraction (XRD) Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Then high energy ball milling method was applied nano sized lithium ferrite.
