摘要: Summary Background There is increasing evidence for acute traumatic coagulopathy occurring prior to emergency room (ER) admission but detailed information lacking. Patients and methods A retrospective analysis using the German Trauma Registry database including 17,200 multiple injured patients was conducted determine (a) what extent clinically relevant has already been established upon ER admission, whether its presence associated (b) with amount of intravenous fluids (i.v.) administered pre-clinically, (c) magnitude injury, (d) impaired outcome mortality. Eight thousand seven hundred twenty-four complete data sets were screened. Results Coagulopathy as defined by prothrombin time test (Quick's value) −1 , present in 34.2% all patients. an incidence amounts i.v. pre-clinically. observed >40% >2000ml, >50% >3000ml, >70% >4000ml administered. Ten percentage presented clotting disorders although pre-clinical resuscitation limited 500ml maximum. The mean ISS score group 30 (S.D. 15) versus 21 12) ( p Conclusion a high frequency injury admission. early outcome.
