摘要: Two dimensional (2D) van der Waals (vdW) materials have demonstrated fascinating optical, electrical and thickness-dependent characteristics. These been explored by numerous authors but reports on magnetic properties spintronic applications of 2D vdW are scarce comparison. By performing anomalous Hall effect transport measurements, we characterised the thickness dependent single crystalline Fe3GeTe2. The nanoflakes this metallic material exhibit a hard phase with near square-shaped loop, large coercivity (up to 550 mT at 2 K), Curie temperature 200 K strong perpendicular anisotropy. Using criticality analysis, confirmed existence coupling between atomic layers obtained an estimated length ~ 5 in Furthermore, behaviour Fe3GeTe2 can be well described proposed model. highlight its potential for integration into heterostructures, paving way research based these devices.
